The Cowboy Junkies' "Sweet Jane," a sort-a remake of the Velvet Underground tune. Yeah, I know, the word "heart" is nowhere in the song's title, but it does feature the immortal line: "Anyone who ever had a heart wouldn't turn around and break it."
Oh, and here are the wonderful Wilson sisters of the band Heart doing an acoustic version of "Alone." I love the acoustic version the best:
Lastly, the best scene from the film, "The Five Heartbeats." The performance of "A Heart is a House for Love." God, I love this movie!

Gawd, you utter rawk, Tami!
I heart Heart.
When I take long trips in my car, I always take classic Heart, Patti LaBelle from the 80's, and classic Rod Stewart along for the ride. That is how I roll (down the highway). lol
Say, you fudged a little bit with the title thing. LOL Still, great songs.
This is my fav scene from The Five Heartbeats too...when Choir Boy comes from behind that curtain to blow that high note out of the sky!!! woo!!!
Great choices...and nice work with going outside the box...
