Theme: How The 2008 Presidential Election Changed Me As A Feminist/Womanist

We are accepting essays, poetry, photographic essays, art, You Tube presentations, short fiction and other creative expressions that express how the 2008 Presidential Election created shifts among women, impacting our alliances, identifications and politics. We want to hear about shifts in alliances, new connections made and new identifications assumed, as well as former alliances blown to smithereens and relationships tanked. Read more...

The first monthly "Tell it: WOC Speak" blog carnival is up. The carnival, organized by Renee of Womanist Musings, features leading online voices, writing on topics, including health, feminism, sexual violent, racism and colonialism, identity, sex and more. Check it out.
